A group of 15 women from the SA Murray Darling Basin NRM Region are half way through a 2 day leadership course being hosted by Partners in Grain. All the women involved in the program have leadership roles in their businesses and local communities. In day 1 of the program Darren Williams from Darren Williams Consulting ran a Myers Briggs Type Indicator exercise with the group and a session on “Looking after yourself as a Leader”. The feedback confirmed a great day;

“It was great. I really enjoyed the day. Thank you and looking forward to day 2.”

“I have done Myers Briggs a few times before but this was the first time I have really understood it and how I can use the MB types to better understand and work with a wide range of people. Thank you Darren.”

Day 2 will also be at the beautiful Monarto Zoo and the group is looking forward to having Jeanette Long, Ag Consulting Co, as the facilitator.
