These workshops are being held at Corowa and Wagga in June, they will be presented by Gracia Kusuma, IR Manager at NSW Farmers.

  • What underpins employment law -Awards & National Employment Standards(NES)
  • Pastoral Award (The national system)
  • Varying Standard Requirements
  • The benefits of using Individual Flexibility Agreements (IFA) and Enterprise Agreements
  • Termination of employment – unfair dismissal, summary dismissal, redundancy, unlawful termination
  • General Protections & Record Keeping

Cost $115.50 includes a take home manual, morning tea and lunch

GRDC has provided funding for the development and delivery of this training for graingrowers. Non-farming businesses are welcome to attend at the full course fee of $450 per participant.

NSW Farmers are also supporting these workshops.  A discounted rate of $73.00 is available to NSWFA members
